Step 1: Contact Us
After you have decided you need the help of a qualified electrician or certified solar professional, you can reach out to us using the contact form here, emailing info@kbetexas.com, or calling us at (361) 239-8597.

Step 2: Dial in the scope of work
We make contact and work together to figure out exactly what you need and how we can get it done. We may ask for photos to help convey exactly what is needed. We either get enough information to provide a quote remotely, or schedule a site visit, depending on your situation*

Step 3: The quote and work!
We'll take all of the information we can get and then provide you with a quote. If you decide to work with us, we'll schedule a date and time and see your project through to the end! Our work comes with a 12 month warranty.** Should something happen unexpectedly during that time, we'll come out to take a look!

*If a site visit is needed, there is a $100 fee that will be applied to the final invoice should you choose to work with us.
**Warranty is only on labor that applies to products with manufacturing defects that haven't been tampered with after installation.
